A driver has been given points after he was clocked at 74mph on the M27.
David Lowe, 31, was driving a Ford along the M27 between junctions five and seven of the M27 when he was clocked at 74mph.
He was driving near West End when he was caught by an automatic camera device.
A 60mph variable speed limit was in place at the time.
Lowe, of Athena Close, Fair Oak pleaded guilty to exceeding a variable speed limit at Aldershot Magistrates' Court.
The incident took place on October 19, 2023.
Lowe was fined £300 and received three points on his licence on May 13.
The court heard how a disqualification would impact members of his family and could lead to him losing his home.
He was ordered to pay £110 court costs and a £120 surcharge.
This must be paid in full by June 10.
