The team at Wessex Vale Crematorium raised nearly £900 for Dementia UK with a quiz night.
The event was part of Dementia UK's 'Time for a Cuppa' fundraising initiative, attended by local funeral professionals.
Wessex Vale, a Westerleigh Group crematorium, is striving to raise £300,000 over two years for Dementia UK, their corporate charity partner.
Wessex Vale Crematorium manager Lisa Johnson said: "During the evening, funeral professionals showcased their knowledge against a wide range of questions in the quiz, which was hosted by our very own Jemma Andrews.
"Through the collective effort of everyone involved, a remarkable total of £881 was raised and I would like to extend a sincere thank you to all those who attended and contributed to the success of both the quiz and the raffle.
"The money raised will hopefully go a small way in contributing to the valuable work of Dementia UK in supporting those affected by Dementia.
"Congratulations to the winners of the quiz night, ‘6 Man Curry’, who were crowned overall champions and awarded with a trophy for their efforts."
