A man has suffered a "significant" head injury after falling to the ground outside a Southampton Poundland store.
A 34-year-old man has been hospitalised after falling outside Poundland on Above Bar Street.
The incident happened at 4.30pm on Saturday afternoon (May 18).
The man remains in hospital with a significant head injury where he is receiving treatment.

Now police are appealing for witnesses as the cause of the injuries is unknown at this time.
A spokesperson said: "We are appealing for witnesses after a man suffered a head injury in Southampton on Saturday afternoon (May 18).
"The man was wearing a yellow hoody at the time of the fall.
"We are now appealing for any witnesses to get in touch, with the cause of the extent of the injuries remaining unexplained at this time.
