The following cases have been heard at Southampton Magistrates' Court...
JACK LEWIS, 31, of Swift Road, Southampton pleaded guilty to harassment without violence. He received a one-year community order with a mental health treatment requirement, 15 rehabilitation days and an £80 fine. A restraining order was made banning him from contacting his victim until November 7, 2025. He must pay £85 court costs and a £114 surcharge.
THOMAS MUNNOCH, 29, of Kingsclere Avenue, Southampton admitted to an assault by beating on Radcliffe Road. He received an 18-month community order with a 30-day accredited programme, 12 rehabilitation days and 120 hours of unpaid work. He received a restraining order banning him from contacting his victim for the next two years. Munnoch was ordered to pay £85 court costs.
TONY JENKINS, 44, of Station Road, Southampton pleaded guilty to possessing a controlled drug of Class A in Station Road, Southampton (cocaine). He also pleaded guilty to possessing an offensive weapon in a public place after he was caught with a metal friction lock baton and possessing an offensive weapon in a private place, a knuckleduster. He also admitted to possessing a weapon for the discharge of a noxious liquid, gas or electrical incapacitation device, namely CS spray. He received an 18-month community order with 25 rehabilitation days and 150 hours of unpaid work. An order was made for the forfeiture and destruction of the weapons and drugs. Jenkins must pay £85 court costs.

PAWEL IMIELINSKI, 42, of Elm Road, Purley admitted two charges of assault by beating of an emergency worker in Southampton. This relates to two police officers. He also pleaded guilty to a further two counts of assault by beating of an emergency worker relating to an incident in Croydon. Imielinski received a six-month sentence suspended for 18 months with 15 rehabilitation days and 100 hours of unpaid work. He must pay £200 compensation for each offence and received a football banning order for five years.
RYAN NASH, 23, of Aubrey Close, Milford-On-Sea pleaded guilty to drink driving an Audi A3 on Renouf Close, Pennington. He was caught with 46 micrograms of alcohol in 100ml of breath. Nash was banned from driving for 12 months and fined £575. He was ordered to pay £85 court costs and a £230 surcharge.
