A South Coast business conference is set to take place at Southampton's St Mary's Stadium.

The South Coast CPS Conference will return on November 14, 2024 for the fifth year in a row.

St Mary’s Stadium in Southampton provides the venue for the occasion which heralds a significant moment in the South Coast property sector's calendar.

Attendees will follow in the footsteps of football players, entering through the players' entrance, passing through the changing rooms, and descending the team tunnel on matchdays.

This move seeks to enhance the previous experiences at venues such as the Ageas Bowl and Portsmouth Historic Dockyard.

The region is reportedly experiencing renewed energy and optimism on the back of Southampton FC’s recent promotion to the Premier League.

Due to the win projected extra earnings of £140 million are to be gained from future broadcast revenues and prize money.

The agenda of the conference spans a broad range of property industry subjects.

Topics up for discussion include commercial real estate trends, the influence of technology in property management, the emergence of sustainable development and green buildings, adaption to remote work and flexible office spaces, and further investment opportunities in the South Coast market.

Additionally, the conference aims to delve deeper into regulatory changes, the evolution of retail and mixed-use developments, risk management, resilience in property investments and several other relevant industry themes.

Updates will be provided by representatives from local councils and an economic overview will be delivered by the Bank of England.

A Question and Answer session will follow these updates.

Before the primary conference, there will be networking socials held at Portsmouth (September 26), Bournemouth (October 3), and Southampton (October 10). These opportunities for interaction allow potential attendees to meet and engage with speakers, exhibitors and sponsors.

A limited-time deal is currently offered - £100+VAT for attendance at all three socials and the main conference.

In addition, an exhibition hall stand area with two conference tickets is available for £500+VAT.

These offers, however, are valid only until June 28.

The conference programme will run from 9am to 5pm on November 14 at St Mary’s Stadium.

Early bird tickets for this event are now on offer for £55 plus VAT.
