Hobbycraft Southampton is celebrating the completion of its refurbishment by giving out free goody bags for the first 100 customers when it reopens on June 8.
The Gaters Mill store's renovation is aimed at improving crafters’ shopping experiences. The store first opened its doors in 1996 and has undertaken recent renovations for an upgraded interior.
Key features of the new layout include freshened-up Haberdashery, Knit & Stitch, and digital crafting areas.
An optimised product layout aims to be more user-friendly, allowing customers to easily access the store's broad collection of craft tools and products.
For customers in the Southampton region, from June 4 there is an offer for a £5 discount on any purchase over £15. The code HC515 is valid until July 7 and can be used online, on the app, or in store.
The revamped Haberdashery, Knit and Stitch Area features a dedicated sewing area in the shop, boasting an enlarged cutting table which doubles as a consultation and demonstration area.

In tune with the improved store, free Kids' Dancer Keyring Workshops are taking place from June 8 to July 7, with a total of 60 free spaces available. Bookings can be made through Class Bento.
Hobbycraft Southampton is open from 9am to 8pm, Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm on Saturdays and 10.30am to 4.30pm on Sundays.
Visitors can check out the renewed store layout and experience on Mansbridge Rd, Southampton, SO18 3HW.
Store Manager Liam said: "It is brilliant to see the renovation completed. The new store layout looks fantastic, and the refreshed Haberdashery, Knit & Stitch and digital crafting spaces will be an amazing way for local crafters to get inspired or try out a new hobby.
"The store is now packed with crafting materials to suit all ages and abilities, and beginners through to experienced crafters are all welcome to pop in and chat to our creative colleagues. They’re always happy to share their knowledge, tips and tricks."
