Police have arrested a teenager who was allegedly found with a knife in Midanbury.
On Sunday, officers and dog units responding to reports of a male with a knife arrested a 15-year-old boy in Rossington Avenue, Midanbury.
A spokesperson for the force said: "On Sunday, June 2, a 15-year-old boy was arrested on Rossington Avenue on suspicion of being in possession of an offensive weapon in a public place."
Police have now confirmed that the boy was released without charge.

Writing on Facebook, an officer involved said: "One of our officers along with our colleagues in the dog section spotted a male who has now been arrested for being in possession of a bladed article in a public place.
"This was a result of a call from a member of the public - calls like this are vital in allowing us to be in the right place at the right time.
"With every call and online report it will tell us what is happening and where, allowing us to patrol the areas causing you the most concern."
