The display, painted onto the side of a wall Marine Parade, shows two people: Danny, 27 and Clare, 22.
The words "ENGLAND 'TIL I DIED" are also painted across the two portraits that are opposite St Mary's Stadium.
The British Heart Foundation is behind the new mural which was painted last week and completed on Monday.
