The following cases have been heard at Southampton Magistrates' Court...
VISHAL RAI, 31, of Enmore Road, Ealing pleaded guilty to speeding on School Lane, Chandler's Ford. He was driving a Tesla Model 3 when he was caught at 69mph by manned speeding equipment. The speed limit on that road is 30mph. Rai was fined £470 and received six points on his licence. He was also ordered to pay £110 court costs and a £188 surcharge.
ROSS MANNING, 32, of Willis Road, Southampton admitted two counts of harassment in breach of a restraining order in Southampton. He received a one-year community order with 10 rehabilitation days. The restraining order was extended until January 30, 2025. Manning must pay an £80 fine as well as £85 court costs.
NATASHA TUNNICLIFFE, 50, of Studley Avenue, Holbury pleaded guilty to drink driving on Western Parade, Southampton. She was caught with 101 micrograms of alcohol in 100ml of breath. Tunnicliffe received a one-year community order with 10 rehabilitation days and 100 hours of unpaid work. She was banned from driving for 24 months and ordered to pay £85 court costs plus a £114 surcharge.

EAMMON CLAFFEY, 34, of Portswood Road, Southampton admitted to driving whilst disqualified and driving without insurance on St Deny's Road. He was driving a Vauxhall Insignia at the time. Claffey received a one-year community order with 100 hours of unpaid work and six penalty points. He must pay £85 court costs plus a £114 surcharge.
RYAN JOHNSTON, 37, of Harvey Street, Eastleigh pleaded guilty to causing criminal damage. He was fined £500 and must pay £85 court costs.
RYAN DAVIES, 25, of Spring Road, Southampton pleaded guilty to possessing a controlled drug of Class A, namely cocaine. He was found guilty of assault by beating at London Road. Davies was fined £180 and must pay £250 court costs. An order was made for the forfeiture and destruction of the drugs.
