The following cases have been heard at Southampton Magistrates' Court...
SAMMY THOMAS, 30, of Green Park Road, Southampton pleaded guilty to driving while disqualified and driving without insurance in a Ford Transit Tipper on Tebourba Way, Southampton. The 30-year-old also pleaded guilty to driving while disqualified and driving without insurance on Bitterne Road West. Thomas received a three-month sentence suspended for 18 months with 200 hours of unpaid work and a two-year driving ban.
DONNA WELLS, 42, of Marryat Road, New Milton admitted to using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour with intent to cause fear of or provoke unlawful violence. She received a 12-month conditional discharge and was ordered to pay £85 court costs plus a £26 surcharge.
JONATHON SIMS, 35, of no fixed abode pleaded guilty to theft from a shop after hair products worth £131.50 were stolen from Botts, Southampton. He was jailed for 14 days.

HARMANDEEP SINGH, 29, of Northumberland Road, Southampton admitted to driving while disqualified in a blue Audi A3 on Redbridge Road, Southampton. He was banned from the roads for 12 months and fined £750. Singh was ordered to pay £85 court costs plus a £300 surcharge.
JASON BUTT, 52, of Millbrook Road West, Southampton pleaded guilty to two counts of theft from a shop after £15 worth of coffee and £22.50 worth of groceries were stolen from Co-Op, Southampton. He received a 24-month conditional discharge.
JAMIE CROSS, 28, of Grayling Crescent, Curbridge admitted to driving without a licence, driving without insurance and drink driving on Bitterne Road West, Southampton. He was caught with 86 micrograms of alcohol in 100ml of breath. Cross was banned from driving for 24 months and fined £1,000. He must also pay a £400 surcharge.
ZACHERY ASPERY, 23, of Millbrook Road East, Southampton pleaded guilty to failing to provide a specimen for analysis, driving without a licence and driving without insurance on Bannister Road, Southampton. He received a one-year community order with 20 rehabilitation days and a 12-month driving ban. Aspery must pay a £250 fine, £85 court costs and a £114 surcharge.
