Two people have been arrested as part of an ongoing investigation into drugs supply in Southampton.

Officers stopped a vehicle of interest in the north of the city before 9.30pm last night.

Suspected Class A and B drugs and more than £700 in cash were found after a 39-year-old man was searched.

Shortly afterwards, an address connected with the man was searched and further suspected Class A drugs and Class B drugs were found.

The man and a 23-year-old woman - both from Southampton - were arrested on suspicion of possession with intent to supply Class A and B drugs.
