Southampton is set to enjoy hot weather and blue skies over the next week, forecasters are predicting.

With Euro 2024 in full swing, many will be pleased to know the summer weather looks like it is finally going to grace Southampton.
'Fine and settled'
A spokesperson for the Met Office said: “In the next week we will see predominantly fine and settled through the period and for much of the country turning much warmer than we have seen in recent weeks.
“For most it will be dry throughout, and likely to turn increasingly warm as we move into next week.
“There is a chance that this could persist for much of the rest of the period, turning increasingly hot.”
For those who suffer from Hay Fever, runny noses will be on the cards next week as the Met Office is warning of extremely high pollen.
