CCTV footage has been released after four pairs of sunglasses worth £1,000 were stolen from a Boots store. 

Police are looking for information after the incident at Boots on Lymington High Street on Thursday. 

The force says four sunglasses worth £1,000 were stolen at around 2pm. 

Now an image has been released of a man who officers think could help with their enquiries. 

He is described as white, aged between 30 and 40, approximately 5ft 9ins tall with short dark hair and a dark beard of skinny build.

A spokesperson said: "We believe the man in this image can help us with our investigation and would urge him, or anyone who knows his identity, to get in touch with us.

"Also, if you witnessed the incident, saw anything suspicious in the area at the time, or have any CCTV, mobile phone, dash cam or doorbell camera footage which could aid our investigation, please contact us.
