Fellow singer-songwriter Sophie Ellis-Bextor is also set to make an appearance as a special guest – who’s best known for her enduring top 10 single, Murder on the Dancefloor.
Nile Rodgers and Chic headline Southampton’s Summer Sessions a week after Tom Jones and Madness played sold-out concerts in the city.
Next week, Placebo, Paloma Faith and the Kaiser Chiefs will all take to the stage in Guildhall Square.
