PAUL SHERING, 56, of Church Street, Fordingbridge pleaded guilty to using his phone whilst driving a Mercedes A180 on the M3 southbound at junction six for Basingstoke. He was fined £51 and received six points on his licence. Shering must also pay £110 court costs and a £20 surcharge.
LOUISE MILLER, 46, of Eastlands, New Milton pleaded guilty to four counts of theft from a shop after £98.56 worth of meat and drinks including cider, vodka and steak were stolen from NISA and Aldi in New Milton. Miller received a one-year community order with 30 rehabilitation days. She must pay £98.56 in compensation.
MICHAEL PORSTENDORFER, 40, of Mill Lane, Romsey admitted to drink driving on Mill Lane. He was caught with 80 micrograms of alcohol in 100ml of breath. Porstendorfer was banned from driving for 19 months and received a £745 fine. He must also pay £85 court costs and a £298 surcharge.

SHAUN LOWE, 49, of Juniper Close, Chesterfield pleaded guilty to drink driving a Ford Fiesta on the M3 at Eastleigh. He was caught with 69 micrograms of alcohol in 100ml of breath. Lowe was banned from driving for 20 months and received a £500 fine. He must also pay £85 court costs and a £200 surcharge.
JAMIE WOOLLEY, 42, of Briarswood, Southampton pleaded guilty to theft from a shop at One Stop Stores. This relates to £235 worth of confectionary products that were stolen. Woolley received a six-month conditional discharge.
STEVEN ROY, 32, of Barters Close, Southampton admitted to a charge of failing to give information relating to the identification of the driver of a Citreon who was alleged to have committed an offence. He was fined £345 and received six points on his licence. Roy must also pay £110 court costs and a £138 surcharge.
