Officers have responded to a welfare incident on the Itchen Bridge, Hampshire Police has confirmed.
Police received a report of a welfare incident on the bridge shortly after 12pm today – Tuesday, June 25 – with a man now safely with officers.

In a statement, a spokesperson for Hampshire Police said: “This was a concern for welfare of a man reported just after 12pm. The male is now safely with officers.”
