An investigation has been launched after a Land Rover Discovery was stolen overnight in Eastleigh

Police say the vehicle was reported stolen following the incident on Leigh Road between 11.20pm yesterday (June 27) and 1.35am today (June 28). 

The theft took place between the junctions of Brookwood Avenue and Causton Gardens. 

Officers have since carried out enquiries and want to speak to anyone with information.

A spokesperson said: "We are keen to hear from anyone who was in the area at the time. Did you witness the incident itself? Did you notice anything suspicious between the times stated above?
