Bluestar is set to open its July Community Fund, offering support to worthy causes in and around Southampton.
The bus operator's initiative will extend help to charities, schools, sports teams and events organisers through funding, marketing assistance, free travel, and use of buses for events.
Bluestar general manager, Richard Tyldsley, said: "At Bluestar we’re proud to play an integral role within the local community.
"As well as providing bus services across, we endeavour to support and raise awareness for those doing excellent work on behalf of those living here.
"The Bluestar Community Fund is open to everyone - from charities to sports teams - and we encourage anyone who needs a helping hand, however big or small, to apply."
Interested groups can apply via their website during this month and winners will be announced in August.
Successful previous beneficiaries include Veracity Recreation, Sunday Lunch Project and Baby Necessities.
