One of the world's largest bouncy castles will be at a festival in Hampshire later in the summer.
CarFest2024's yearly KidsFest will be held at Laverstoke Park Farm, Hampshire, on the August 23 to 25 Bank Holiday weekend.
Visitors will have access to a myriad of activities positioned to provide an enjoyable and memorable family experience.
One standout attraction is a bouncy castle that measures a remarkable length of 23.8 metres and a width of 20.7 metres.
Fostering education in a fun and interactional way, the STEM Zone, inspired by GraviTrax, invites children to the world of science and technology.
Adding to the excitement at KidsFest, Pudsey’s Spot from BBC Children in Need will be hosting CBeebies and CBBC presenters, Kathryn Wilson and Nigel Clarke.
The duo is set to introduce a variety of musical, dancing, and gaming fun featuring big names from CBBC and CBeebies.
One of the most anticipated acts on the Pudsey's Spot roster is Blue Peter's live show expected to serve up a series of games, dancing, and interactive fun.
Furthermore, fans of comedy will enjoy 'Comedy Club 4 Kids' presenting stand-up and sketch acts appropriate for the young audience. Pudsey's Spot will also play host to a selection of famous children's characters.
Endearing figures such as Bluey and Bingo, the Clangers, Hey Duggee, Peter Rabbit, and Supertato will make special appearances throughout the weekend, providing opportunities for photos and their inevitable adoring hugs.
KidsFest also nurtures aspiring athletes with its Sports Zone, offering martial arts sessions by Winchester Choi Kwang Do, rugby activities with Basingstoke Rugby, and Golf lessons from England Golf.
Guiding Sparks Circus will run workshops to impart fundamental circus skills to potential performers.
The event imbues creativity in the children with its Arts Club Zone that invites young artists to participate in a variety of activities.
Some attractions include slime making, pebble painting, crafting with Creatively Awesome, eco-crafting with Junk Jodie, and t-shirt printing with Berkshire Printmaker.
Since the festival's inception in 2012, its core mission has been to raise funds for UK children's charities.
This year, it will be supporting BBC Children in Need, Ellen MacArthur Cancer Trust, My Black Dog, Rainbow Trust Children's Charity, Starlight Children’s Foundation, Teenage Cancer Trust, Young Epilepsy, and local Hampshire charity, Naomi House & Jacksplace.
