The following cases have been heard at Southampton Magistrates' Court...

OLIVER GREGORY-MOUNTFORD, 23, of Burnetts Lane, Horton Heath was found guilty of failing to provide a specimen for analysis at Southampton Central Police Station. He received a one-year community order with 15 rehabilitation days and 80 hours of unpaid work. Gregory-Mountford was banned from driving for 28 months and must pay £340 court costs. 

ROBBIE JONES, 29, pleaded guilty to theft from a shop after six cans and three boxes of Red Bull worth £16.17 were stolen from Central Convenience Store in Palmerston Road, Southampton. Jones was ordered to pay £16.17 in compensation.

MARLEY MASANGOMAI, 28, of The Quadrangle, Eastleigh admitted to failing to provide a specimen for analysis in Southampton. He received an eight-week sentence suspended for 12 months with 30 rehabilitation days and 40 hours of unpaid work. Masangomai was banned from driving for 29 months and must pay £85 court costs.

JAMIE JAMES, 26, of Blackfriars Way, Salisbury pleaded guilty to criminal damage to property, namely a front window in Totton, Hampshire and assaulting a person thereby occasioning them actual bodily harm. He received a 16-week sentence suspended for 18 months was ordered to pay £150 compensation. He must also pay £85 court costs and a £154 surcharge. 

WILLIAM LESTER, 29, of no fixed abode admitted to failing to provide a specimen for analysis in Southampton. He received a one-year community order with 90 hours of unpaid work and a 24-month driving ban. Lester must also pay £170 court costs and a £114 surcharge. 

KYLAN LEWIS, 27, of Yarmouth Crescent, London pleaded guilty to failing to provide a specimen for analysis in Southampton. He received a one-year community order with 25 rehabilitation days and 40 hours of unpaid work. Lewis was banned from driving for two years and received ten points on his licence. He must pay £150 court costs and a £114 surcharge.
