A man has suffered a minor injury after a crash on a city centre in the early hours.
Just after 3am, Southampton City Council's travel team warned drivers to avoid Brinton's Road and Northam Road due to the incident.
They told their followers on X: "The road is currently under a lane restriction whilst emergency services attend. Please approach with caution and plan any journeys if using this route."

Since then, Hampshire police has confirmed a man was injured in the collison.
A spokesperson said: “We were called at 3.05am today (July 4) to a report of a road traffic collision involving two cars on Brintons Road, Southampton.
“A man reported a minor injury."
