Seventies disco act Brutus Gold Love Train has cancelled an event in Southampton due to unforeseen circumstances.
The act was scheduled to headline an evening of musical entertainment at the Engine Rooms on Saturday, July 13.
However, a spokesperson for the group has confirmed the show has now been cancelled.
They told the Echo: “Unfortunately due to unforeseen circumstances the show of Brutus Gold's Love Train at the Engine Rooms Southampton on Saturday, July 13, 2024, has been cancelled.”

Having originated in Newcastle, the renowned disco party experience boasts a rich history rooted in the essence of disco, with pulsating rhythm and charm.
Though Southampton is now off the list for the group’s UK tour, Brutus Gold Love Train are still scheduled to perform in Newcastle and Leeds this month, before setting off for Walton-On-Thames and Birmingham in September.
