Cruise ship docked in Southampton
Taxis, local and further afield, have dropped off cruise customers at the wrong terminals for their ships. Especially on weekends when there are three to five cruise ships in.
I'm head marshal at Ocean Terminal, 46 berth, and on Saturday we had about 20 to 30 taxis, mostly out of town and a few local, dropping off customers at the wrong terminals.
Please tell them to check online VTS Southampton Dock on that morning before setting out.
