The following cases have been heard at Southampton Magistrates' Court...

CARL ROBERTSON, 39, of Rowan Drive, Christchurch pleaded guilty to drink driving on Whitefield Road, New Milton. Robertson was banned from driving for three years and fined £450. he must also pay £85 court costs plus a £180 surcharge. 

MACDONALD MORIASI, 27, of Millbrook Road East, Southampton pleaded guilty to failing to provide a specimen for analysis in Almond Road, Southampton. He received a one-year community order with 40 hours of unpaid work and a three-year driving ban. he must pay £85 court costs. 

HELENA VICKERS, 53, of Station Road, Southampton admitted to drink driving a Mercedes-Benz on Worcester Place, Southampton. Vickers was banned from driving for 12 months and fined £350. She must pay £85 court costs and a £140 surcharge.

KEVIN MURPHY, 61, of Pembers Hill Drive, Fair Oak pleaded guilty to drink driving a Vauxhall Corsa on Wallace Road in Botley. He was caught with 86 micrograms of alcohol in 100ml of breath. Murphy was banned from driving for 18 months and fined £450. He must pay £85 court costs and a £180 surcharge. 

TENA COLE, 49, of no fixed abode admitted to theft from a shop after she stole a Barbour jacket worth £189 from John Lewis, Southampton. She also pleaded guilty to failing to provide a sample for a Class A drug test, three public order offences, racially or religiously aggravated harassment, alarm or distress and being drunk and disorderly in a public place, namely Westridge Road, Portswood. She was jailed for two months and ten weeks. 

SIMSON JOSEPH LUCKA, 29, of Shraveshill Close, Totton admitted drink driving a Skoda Octavia on Shraveshill Close, Totton. He was banned from driving for 12 months and fined £450. Lucka must also pay £85 court costs and a £180 surcharge.
