The following cases have been heard at Southampton Magistrates' Court...

ALBERT HUZZEY, 32, of Magna Road, Wimborne pleaded guilty to using threatening or abusive words or behaviour likely to cause harassment, alarm or distress in Bowerwood Road, Fordingbridge. Huzzey was fined £350 and was ordered to pay £85 court costs. 

RHEANNAN HALEY, 26, of Knole Road, Bournemouth admitted to drink driving at the Premier Inn in New Road, Southampton. She was caught with 55 micrograms of alcohol in 100ml of breath. Haley was fined £350 and was ordered to pay £85 court costs and a £140 surcharge. 

CHRISTOPHER ALLEN, 55, of Cedar Road, Hythe pleaded guilty to possessing an offensive weapon in a private place, namely two Samurai swords. The items were found at his home address. An order was made for the forfeiture and destruction of the weapons. He was fined £250 and must pay £85 court costs.

ALYCE MCCOURT, 52, of Priory Road, Southampton pleaded guilty to drink driving on Woodmill Lane, Southampton after he was caught with 124 micrograms of alcohol in 100ml of his blood. McCourt received a one-year community order with 180 hours of unpaid work and a three-year driving ban. He was ordered to pay £85 court costs and a £114 surcharge. 

DEMI NAISMITH, 28, of St Denys Road, Southampton pleaded guilty to two counts of harassment in breach of a restraining order. She received a two-year community order with 30 rehabilitation days and a £100 fine. Naismith was ordered to pay £85 court costs. 

ETHAN PHILLIPS, 25, of Ashley Road, New Milton was found guilty of assault occasioning actual bodily harm in New Milton. Phillips received a one-year community order with 180 hours of unpaid work. He must pay £150 compensation and was excluded from Central Bar, Parkview Mews, New Milton for the next 12 months. Phillips must also pay £325 court costs as well as a £114 surcharge.
