More than 200 people attended an event to find out where they or loved ones can get help if they need care and support locally.

'Who Cares? We Care', which took place at Fair Oak Village Hall on July 20, was arranged by Sunnybank Care Home's admissions advisor Jessica Wooldridge.

The event offered 35 stalls providing information about care homes, transport services, well-being, and financial planning.

Entertainment included music from MCSAX and Queenie soul singer, and the crowd had the chance to interact with therapy dogs from Greyhound Lifeline.

A raffle at the event raised £200 for Dementia Support Hampshire and Isle of Wight.

Attendees included the Mayor and Mayoress of Eastleigh, Councillor David Pragnell and Mrs Jean Pragnell, Councillor Steve Broomfield, and Police Community Support Officer Helen Rees. Eastleigh Rotary, Cognitive Law, and Doyle & Palmer Wealth Management sponsored the event.

Jessica Wooldridge, home admissions advisor from Sunnybank Care Home, part of the Cinnamon Care Collection said:
