The cheapest streets to buy a house in Eastleigh have been revealed.
With prices as low as £77,000 in some areas, homebuyers can snap up properties that fall within a reasonable budget.
The top 10 cheapest streets in the borough have sold for prices ranging between £77,300 and £146,000 according to analysis of figures by auctioneers Property Solvers.
The figures relate to average sold price data published by the Land Registry from 2019 onwards.
Elizabeth Court is named as the cheapest place to buy a home, while Mill Court lands at the other end of the table.

Between 2019 and 2024, 20 properties in Mill Court were sold.
The average UK home is now worth £2,400 more than it was six months ago, according to Zoopla.
The company’s latest estimates reveal the average UK home is now worth £278,000, up £2,400 from December 2023.
It is expected house prices will grow by 1.5 per cent by the end of the year.
