Police have released CCTV images of two people in connection with a theft that saw a pensioner's handbag stolen from her shopping trolley.
Officers investigating a report of theft in New Milton would like to speak with the man and woman pictured after a woman in her 80s had her handbag stolen.
Hampshire Constabulary received a report that a woman in her 80s had her handbag stolen from her trolley at Marks & Spencer on Station Road at 3pm on Saturday, July 6.
Police said that the handbag contained her phone, purse and bank cards.
The man is described as being white, 5ft 8ins tall, of slim build with long hair and a medium length beard.

He was wearing white trainers, white shorts with blue stripes and a black top.
The woman is described as being white, 5ft 4ins tall, of slim build with black hair.
She was wearing white shoes, jeans, a black top, pink hat and sunglasses.
A spokesperson for the police said: "Since this was reported to us, officers have been carrying out a number of enquiries and are now in a position to release images of two people they would like to speak with.
"Do you recognise them? Were you in the store at the time? Did you witness any suspicious behaviour?
"Anyone who has any information that may assist our enquiries is asked to call 101 quoting 44240285980."
