With regards to recent comments made by current home secretary Yvette Cooper about pledging to make communities safer, can she start by laying out immediate instructions to the councils who have started switching off the lights at nighttime to keep them on.
How on God's Earth are we meant to feel safe at night when that is the ideal time for bad stuff to happen?

Also the imminent release (early) of thousands of criminals - is there a barge available that could be a prison?
