A Southampton dentist practice which has been saved from administration will not be providing NHS services at the moment.
Astradent-run Brunswick Place Dental suddenly closed in July after going into administration.
The future of the practice was uncertain until Damria Dental Studios announced it would take over.
The dental practice has now said that although it is working to secure an NHS contract, it cannot deliver these services at the moment.

A spokesperson said: "While we are working hard to secure an NHS contract, we regret to inform you that we cannot provide NHS services at this time.
"We understand the importance of accessible dental care and are committed to offering NHS services in the future.
"In the meantime, to honour our existing patients, we are pleased to offer check-ups and emergencies on a private basis for just £31.
"If you are an existing NHS patient with any concerns or issues, please call 111.
"For specific queries about Astradent and the care you were receiving from their sites, please contact NHS Hampshire and Isle of Wight directly at hiowicb-hsi.patientexperience@nhs.net"
Dr Anushika Brogan, CEO and Founder of Damira Dental Studios said: "We are pleased to announce the planned acquisition of Astradent Dental Group and look forward to reopening its clinics as part of Damira Dental Studios.
"We understand concerns about the absence of an NHS contract.
"Unfortunately, with Astradent having ceased trading, the new provider requires its own contract to offer NHS services.
"Rest assured, we are in active discussions with local NHS commissioners and expect further guidance soon.
"We appreciate your patience and understanding during this transition.
"Ensuring excellent patient care remains our top priority."
