A new batch of public notices advertising planning applications, road closures and other schemes has been published.
Public notices are placed by councils and other local authorities to tell people about proposed changes taking place in their area.
Southampton planning applications:
Widen vehicle entrance by moving existing gatepost, 38 Oakmount Avenue - application number 24/00873.
Internal and external alterations, including the removal of first floor rear extension and replacement single-storey rear extension to facilitate change back to dwelling, 2 Rockstone Place - application number 24/00860.
Shed in rear garden, 82 Orchards Way - application number 24/00724.
Southampton road closures:
Cranbury Road will be closed between its junctions with Radstock Road and Spring Road from August 27 (8am-4pm) for carriageway repairs. The works are due to be completed by August 28.
Adelaide Road will be closed from 50 metres from its junction with North Road to 20 metres from its junction with South Road from August 17 (11pm-7am) for level crossing maintenance. The work are due to be completed by August 19.
Fairlisle Road will be closed from Lords Hill Way to Malin Close from August 19 (8am-5pm) for carriageway resurfacing. The works are due to be completed by August 24.
Hillside Avenue will be closed from Appleton Rod to Bond Road from August 23 (8pm-6am) for manhole repairs. The works are due to be completed by August 25.
Licensing applications:
Cappagh Browne Utilities, of Enfield, is seeking consent to change an existing licence by adding an operating centre to keep six goods vehicles at the Southern Water treatment works in Newgate Lane, Fareham.
Moran Logistics, of Donington, Derby, is applying for a licence to use Lidl at Foxes Park, in Brownhill Way, Nursling, as an operating centre for ten goods vehicles and ten trailers.
