It's a truck full of treats, serving up sugary delights and sweetness wherever it goes.
Bishopstoke-based cake company Karolcake has hit the road, giving customers the most delectable brownies, cakes, and cupcakes on the move.
Karolcake is the brainchild of brilliant baker Karolina Adamczyk, who had an epiphany after ten years with iconic London cake shop Lola's Cupcakes.

She told the Daily Echo: "For nearly a decade, I poured my heart into whipping up sugary delights at one of the UK's top confectioneries - Lola's Cupcakes. Let me tell you, I loved every minute of it. But deep down, I've always wanted to carve out something of my own.
"One morning, I woke up and decided enough was enough. It was time to take the plunge and see what I could do. So, I kissed my old job goodbye, sold my London home, and set up a studio in Bishopstoke. And just like that, Karolcake was born.
"In my line of work, it's not just about the baking; it's about the people. Seeing the smiles on folks' faces when they bite into one of my creations? That's what keeps me going. After my first market, the flood of messages from locals asking where they could find my treats hit. And then, like magic, the idea hit me: why not take my goodies on the road? So, come late June we began selling our treats in our truck, serving up sweetness wherever we go.
"It's a dream come true, and I couldn't be more grateful or proud. And trust me, this is just the beginning. I've got a head full of ideas ready to take the world by storm."
Karolcake offerings include rich brownies perfect for any sweet craving, beautifully crafted birthday and wedding cakes and delightful cupcakes. Karolina is dedicated to delivering mouth-watering creations, enjoying experimenting and coming up with new recipes.
The truck, which turns up at events all over Hampshire and beyond including the monthly Carlton Place Markets, also serves freshly brewed coffee, delicious smoothies, creamy ice cream, and indulgent milkshakes.
