The following cases have been heard at Southampton Magistrates' Court... 

BEN CLARKE, 25, of Orchard Road, Locks Heath pleaded guilty to drink driving on Pound Tree Road, Southampton. He was driving a Ford Fiesta when he was caught with 44 micrograms of alcohol in 100ml of breath. Clarke was banned from driving for 12 months and fined £216. He must also pay £85 court costs and an £86 surcharge. 

BRANDON GOLDING, 24, of Tithe Barn, Lymington admitted to three counts of threatening a person with an offensive weapon in a public place. This relates to an incident at Ashley Road, New Milton where he threatened three separate people with a car torque wrench. He also pleaded guilty to a single count of assault by beating. Golding was given an 18-month conditional discharge and must pay £300 compensation. An order was made for the forfeiture and destruction of the wrench. He must also pay a £26 surcharge.

ROSIE MILLER, 21, of Knighton Road, Woolston pleaded guilty to drink driving on St Marys Place, Southampton. She was driving a black Mini when she was caught with 95 micrograms of alcohol in 100ml of breath. Miller was banned from driving for 24 months and must pay a £541 fine. She was also ordered to pay £85 court costs and a £216 surcharge. 

SABRI ELMASRI, 30, of Magpie Lane, Eastleigh admitted to drink driving on Magpie Lane. He was caught with 60 micrograms of alcohol in 100ml of breath. Elmasri was banned from driving for 17 months and received a £120 fine. He must pay £85 court costs and a £48 surcharge. 

SABRINA HASSAN, 24, of Burgess Road, Southampton pleaded guilty to assault by beating of an emergency worker after an incident on Millbrook Road West involving a police constable. She was ordered to pay £150 compensation.
