A new batch of public notices advertising planning applications, road closures and other schemes has been published.
Public notices are placed by councils and other local authorities to tell people about proposed changes taking place in their area.

Southampton road closures:
Harcourt Road will be closed from its junction with Whitworth Crescent to 20 metres east of its junction with Whitworth Crescent from September 2 (8am-4pm) for carriageway repairs. The works are due to be completed by September 3.
Ridgemount Avenue will be closed between Greenbank Crescent to Ardnave Crescent from September 3 (8am-4pm) for carriageway repairs. The works are due to be completed by September 4.
Rochester Street will be closed from Wilson Street to Peel Street from August 28 (7pm-6am) for pothole repairs. The works are due to be completed by August 30.

Licensing applications:
Portswood Pallets Ltd, of Locks Road, Locks Heath, is applying for a licence to use Unit E, Empress Park, Empress Road, Southampton, as an operating centre for eight goods vehicles.
Greencore Food To Go, of Manton Wood Enterprise Park, Worksop, is seeking consent to add an operating centre to keep six goods vehicles at Greencore Unit, 1 Reliant Close, Chandler's Ford.
