Take a look at a newly-refurbished Asda store which has benefitted from a £50m revamp fund.
Shoppers in the Eastleigh store will now be able to enjoy new in store services and features after the retailer finished the upgrade.
Improvements to the store come as part of a £50m investment across 170 supermarkets in the UK.
The Eastleigh store now has a new foyer design and revamp, new seasonal aisles, new-look counters, as well as new flooring and lighting.
Other improvements include the addition of new modern fixtures, graphics and feature lighting to the George department, and an enhanced look to the optical department.

Ian Brackenbury, senior director of construction and implementation at Asda, said: “Customer experience is always a priority for us, and we regularly look at how we can enhance stores to meet the needs of our shoppers.
“Through this significant investment, we are bringing new and exciting services to customers while also upgrading the existing components of our established stores.”
He added: “This enhancement program reflects our commitment to providing the best possible experience for our customers, as we continue on our journey to grow and invest in the business to ensure long term success.”
As part of the wider programme, all 170 stores – including the Eastleigh store – will receive refreshed exterior and interior decoration.
All stores will also receive re-decorated trolley bays, new signage, improved toilet facilities and exterior landscaping work.
Following the strategic acquisitions of sites from EG Group, Co-op and Leon, Asda now runs more than 1,000 UK stores for the first time in its 59-year history.
