Travellers have been spotted setting up camp in a popular green space.
The group arrived at Hatch Grange in West End earlier today.
Caravans have been seen at the unauthorised encampment.
The parish council for West End confirmed they are aware of the arrival and have informed the police.

A spokesperson said: “We are aware of the illegal encampment on Hatch Grange.
“The police have attended and with their assistance, they have been given verbal notice to leave by the parish council.”
Their arrival comes only days after travellers set up in Fleming Park this week, forcing the closure of the park’s paddling pool.
The decision was made as a safety precaution, according to Eastleigh Borough Council.
The travellers have since been moved on from the Eastleigh park.
