A house on a main road in Southampton that was destroyed in a blaze has recently been sold at auction.
Firefighters rushed to a fire in a garden next to the house on Bitterne Road West at around 2.30pm on Saturday, June 24, 2023.
The blaze quickly spread to the roof and two days after the blaze, police released an appeal to find three children - aged between 12 and 16 - believed to have started the fire.
These children were never found.

In March of this year, the property had a Southampton County Court notice on the door with the notice entitled: “Claim form for possession of property.”
The form stated that the landlord of the Bitterne Road West home was seeking to re-claim possession of the derelict building.
Shortly after this notice, an auction sign was erected outside.
Today, the house sits in a state of disrepair with much of its roof missing after being destroyed in the fire.
The sign at the front of the property now reads 'sold'.
It is currently unclear if the new land owner plans to attempt to repair the significantly damaged home.
