The ferry firm Wightlink is warning of two-hour delays between the New Forest and the Isle of Wight.
Its car ferry service between Lymington and Yarmouth is delayed.
It comes following a medical incident this morning, the cross-Solent operator has revealed.
The operator has apologised for any inconvenience caused.
