The following cases have been heard at Southampton Magistrates' Court...
TINA CIAPUTA, 55, of Efford Way, Pennington admitted drink driving on School Lane, Milford-on-Sea. She was driving an MG ZS when caught with 154 milligrams of alcohol in 100ml of blood. Ciapute was banned from driving for 17 months and fined £120. She was ordered to pay a £48 surcharge.
NARGIS MOSAKHEL, 24, of Woodcote Road, Southampton admitted shoplifting clothing worth £935.40 was stolen from John Lewis, Southampton. He was given a community order until February 14, 2025, with 15 rehabilitation days and a £40 fine.
JOSHUA NOKE, 36, of Kingsclere Avenue, Southampton pleaded guilty to possessing a Class A drug and a Class B drug. These relate to cocaine and cannabis he was caught with in Southampton. He was fined £200 and must pay £40 court costs. An order was made for the forfeiture and destruction of the drugs.

BETHANY FEE, 27, of no fixed address admitted damaging a door at Capella House, Southampton. Fee was given a conditional discharge for six months and must pay £514 compensation.
MYKHAILO HAVRYKLIUK, 37, of Bramcote Avenue, Mitcham pleaded guilty to obstructing or resisting a constable in the execution of their duty, driving without a licence and driving without insurance on the M27 at Southampton. He was driving a Mercedes. Havrykliuk was fined £960 and received six points on his licence. He must pay £85 court costs and a £384 surcharge.
ASHLEY BROWN, 41, of Dinham Road, New Milton admitted two thefts from a shop after £31.59 worth of chilled meat products and salad were stolen from Tesco and Nisa Local in New Milton. Brown also pleaded guilty to common assault, attempted burglary from Smith Bradbeer and Co Ltd in New Milton and possessing a knife blade or sharp pointed article in a public place. This relates to a red-handled blade he was caught with on Station Road. He was jailed for 11 months and must pay £131.59 compensation.
