Wet suits, expensive clothes and a face snorkel have been dumped in a New Forest car park.

Police received reports from Forestry England of flytipping at Culverley Car Park on August 16.

When they arrived, officers discovered a large number of dumped items including wet suits, some old but expensive clothes, picture frames, a shower head and a face snorkel.

Checks were made on the police system but nothing reported stolen matched any of the items.

Photos shared on social media show the items in shopping bags and boxes dumped in a grassy area.

The incident was handed over to New Forest District Council which deals with prosecuting flytipping.
