The following cases have been heard at Southampton Magistrates' Court...
LUKE DELANEY, 27, of Euston Grove, Ringwood pleaded guilty to driving with a tyre with ply or cord exposed and drink driving. This relates to a Vauxhall Combo van he was driving on Crow Hill, Ringwood. He was caught with 133 milligrams of alcohol in 100ml of blood. Delaney was banned for 36 months and fined £600. He must pay £85 court costs and a £240 surcharge.
MARTIN SINGH, 47, of Leyton Road, Southampton admitted handling stolen goods, namely clothing at Marks and Spencer, Southampton. He received a two-month sentence suspended for 12 months and must pay £85 court costs plus a £154 surcharge.
MATTHEW GILES, 41, of Lingfield Common Road, Lingfield pleaded guilty to using a phone while driving a Ford Transit on the M27 near the eastbound exit at junction 11 for Fareham. He was fined £100 and received six points. Giles must pay £110 court costs plus a £40 surcharge.

ESTHER HADDAD, 29, of Granary Lane, Eastleigh admitted using a phone whilst driving on the M3 southbound at junction 11 for Winchester. He was driving a Hyundai. Haddad was banned for 55 days and fined £123. He must pay £110 court costs and a £49 surcharge.
LUKE OSMAN, 30, of Guernsey Close, Southampton pleaded guilty to assault by beating in Southampton. He received a one-year community order with a mental health treatment requirement and eight rehabilitation days. He must pay £100 compensation and £85 court costs.
GIVEMORE MAPFUMO, 40, of Shalcombe, Netley Abbey admitted drug driving on Waterhouse Lane, Southampton. He was caught with THC in his blood whilst driving a Vauxhall Combo. He was banned from driving for three years and fined £80. Mapfumo must also pay £85 court costs.
