The driver of a car is being sought by police as a potential witness to a fatal crash.
Officers are appealing for the motorist in a silver Ford Galaxy, pictured, to come forward.
The driver is believed to have turned right out of Skew Road and onto Portsdown Hill Road shortly before the collision on August 13 occurred.
Police were called by the ambulance service to the scene of the crash, which involved a silver Honda Jazz and a cyclist.
The cyclist, 16-year-old Ethan Wilkie from Portsmouth, later passed away in hospital.
A spokesperson from Hampshire Constabulary said: “If you were the driver of the silver Ford Galaxy, or you know who they are, please call 101 and quote incident number 44240347160.
“You can also contact us via the Hampshire & Isle of Wight Constabulary website.
“Alternatively, you can call Crimestoppers, anonymously, on 0800 555 111, or via their website.
“We’d also still like to hear from any other witnesses to the collision, or anyone who has any footage of the incident, including dash cam.”
