A man and woman are sought by police after a bicycle was stolen.

Officers were called after a black and orange Carrera bike was taken from Meggeson Avenue.

The incident occurred after 8pm on August 23.

The bike was recovered and returned to its owners, but police would like to speak with two people - a man and a woman - to help with their investigation.

The woman is described as white, aged between 30 and 40 years, with dark, shoulder length hair and wearing a camouflage jacket.

Officers would also like to speak to a make who is described as white, aged between 30 and 40 years, and wearing a light hooded top.

A spokesperson from Hampshire Constabulary said: “We believe the woman in these images can help us with our investigation and would urge her, or anyone who knows her identity, to get in touch with us.

“Also, if you witnessed the incident, saw anything suspicious in the area at the time, or have any CCTV, mobile phone, dash cam or doorbell camera footage which could aid our investigation, please contact us.
