A former company secretary of the 7 Bone restaurant chain has appeared in court accused of defrauding the company out of more than £320,000.
Travis Fowler, 35, appeared at Southampton Magistrates’ Court on Tuesday charged with fraud by abuse of position.
It is alleged that while working as company secretary at 7 Bone Holdings Ltd, he abused his position with intent to make £327,578.25.
The charges relate to the period between January 16, 2019, and November 23, 2020.

Fowler, of Moss Way, Hitchin, Hertfordshire is yet to enter a plea and spoke only to confirm his name, address and date of birth.
The case was adjourned with Fowler released on unconditional bail.
He is due to next appear at Southampton Crown Court on September 30.
According to Companies House, Fowler was based at Ocean Village Innovation Centre in Ocean Way during his time at the company.
He worked there between September 18, 2018, and January 8, 2021.
