An inquest was opened into Mr Kaminski's death in June with an initial cause of death given as multiple injuries.
Two other cars were involved in the crash on the westbound carriageway near Southampton Airport.
Following his death, more than £16,000 was raised in a fundraiser set up by his colleagues for Michal's younger brother Rafal.
The siblings both worked together at the Amesbury-based flooring company.
Speaking to the Echo, Rafal said his family had been left "heartbroken" and "devastated" by the incident, describing his brother as "such a good guy".
He said Michal was "not only my brother, he was my best friend.
"He was my best mate and he was really a mentor for me. He was such a smart guy. We were really close.
"My parents, they live in Poland, we don’t have a big family. It was only me and Michal and we were really really close.
"It’s really heartbreaking because nothing is going to give him back to us, that’s the worst."
