The following cases have been heard at Southampton Magistrates' Court...

STEPHEN KIRSOP, 41, of Popes Lane, Upham admitted drink driving on Mansbridge Road, Eastleigh. He was caught in a Ford Transit with 56 micrograms of alcohol in 100ml of breath. Kirsop was banned for 12 months and fined £120. He must pay £85 court costs and a £48 surcharge. 

MARVIN GARNER, 53, of Elmsleigh Gardens, Southampton pleaded guilty to failing to comply with sex offenders register notification requirements. He was fined £600 and must pay £85 court costs plus a £240 surcharge. 

TERELL BANNISTER, 34, of Whyteways, Eastleigh admitted assault by beating in Southampton. He received a community order with 27 rehabilitation days and a £184 fine. Bannister must pay £85 court costs and a £114 surcharge.

RYAN WHITMARSH-WARD, 34, of Spring Road, Southampton pleaded guilty to drug driving in Houndwell Place, Southampton. He was caught with Benzoylecgonine in his blood - a breakdown product of cocaine. He received a one-year community order with 15 rehabilitation data and a three-year driving ban. He must pay an £80 fine, £85 court costs and a £114 surcharge. 

MICHAEL SIMS, 56, of Crigdon Close, Millbrook admitted two counts of drug driving on Commercial Road, Southampton. He was caught with THC and Benzoylecgonine in his blood while driving a Mitsubishi. Sims was banned for 40 months. He must pay a £1,153 fine, £650 court cots and a £461 surcharge. 

AMANDA THOMPSON, 29, of Iris Road, Southampton pleaded guilty to assault occasioning actual bodily harm in Southampton. She received a community order until March 3, 2026, with 20 rehabilitation days and a £382 fine. Thompson must pay £85 court costs and a £114 surcharge. 

BILLY COLLINS, 37, of Roundhill Close, Southampton admitted causing criminal damage to a window in Fairisle Road, Southampton. Collins was fined £40 and must pay £40 court costs and a £16 surcharge.
