Organisers of a highly anticipated concert have remained silent despite calls for refunds from angry revellers.
Look-A-Like tribute festival was due to take place on August 11 at Royal Victoria Country Park.
For reasons still unknown, the event was suddenly rearranged the week before, leaving excited customers in limbo.
Now, two would-be festivalgoers who are demanding their money back say organisers Jaly Group are refusing to answer their calls.
Jayne Geromin was due to attend the event with 10 friends.
She forked out £146.40 for the tickets - money she says she is now unable to get back.
The 66-year-old from Hamble said: “Skiddle, the ticket outlet for the event, told me I had to email them for a refund as I cannot make the rescheduled date.
“I did not receive a reply to the many times I contacted them.
“I then went direct to Jaly and the only email I received was an automatic response.
“It is not acceptable, and the customer service level is zero.
“I would not buy tickets to any events through Skiddle or Jaly after this.”
She added: “The rescheduling was so short notice as well, but we should get our money back.
“My hopes of getting a refund have been dashed.”

Fellow Hamble resident Nikki Clifft is also expecting a refund, but says it is not forthcoming.
The 53-year-old said she emailed the organisers within the 10-day time limit to request a refund but has received no response.
“Skiddle told me Jaly will not issue the refunds to them, so I had to contact them directly”, she said.
Nikki emailed Jaly four times but says she is yet to receive an acknowledgement.
She said: “I paid £31.50 each for three tickets which is over £90 I have now lost.
“We were supposed to go for a friend’s birthday on the August date, but we can’t make the new date now.
“I do not think I will be getting my money back, and I am really disappointed.
“It is not a nice feeling, knowing you have lost that money. You have to think if the organisers will even go ahead with the event in September.”
According to Companies House, Jaly Group UK Ltd was incorporated in June 2022 by James Daly.
The company’s accounts are overdue, the website states.
Questions were asked as to whether the event at Royal Victoria Country Park was rescheduled due to Jaly not obtaining a food and alcohol licence.
But Hampshire County Council refused to confirm if this was the case.
A spokesperson said: “As part of our standard venue hire agreement, we require organisers to secure appropriate licensing from the relevant local authority ahead of any event hosted at County Council sites.
"In this case, licensing would be agreed by Southampton and Eastleigh Licensing Partnership (hosted by Southampton City Council).
“It would not be appropriate to us to comment on the details of these arrangements on behalf of Jaly Group.”
The Daily Echo contacted the Jaly Group and received no response.
Skiddle did not provide a comment.
