Business bosses are being urged to secure a seat at a conference dubbed a "must-attend" event for firms involved in key growth sectors.

Organisers of the South Coast CPS Conference at St Mary's Stadium in Southampton on November 14 say it looks set to be a sell-out.

A spokesperson said: "The conference is shaping up to be the premier event of the year for occupiers in the space, marine, defence, aerospace, gaming, healthcare, and creative industries.

"With ticket sales exceeding expectations, this event is on track to sell out, underscoring the high level of interest and excitement around the conference.

"As these sectors continue to face unique challenges, this conference will explore how real estate development can play a pivotal role in driving sustainable growth in the region.

"The south coast has emerged as a dynamic hub for innovation, attracting significant attention from occupiers across multiple sectors.

"With tickets selling fast, attendees are eager to gain insights, forge connections, and explore strategies to help their businesses thrive in an increasingly competitive landscape."

Peter Taylor, chairman of Hampshire Chamber of Commerce, will deliver the keynote address, explaining why the south coast is the premier destination for investment.

"His presentation will explore the region’s strengths as a global innovation hub and emphasize the critical role of real estate in enabling these industries to reach their full potential," a spokesperson said.

The one-day conference is expected to attract more than 1,500 attendees, including industry leaders, real estate developers, investors, and policymakers.

The conference spokesperson said: "By aligning real estate development with the needs of key sectors, the event aims to drive economic growth across the region.

"With tickets in high demand, this is a not-to-be-missed opportunity to be part of a sell-out event that is shaping the future of the south coast’s industries.

"With growing demand for specialised facilities, the conference will examine how real estate developers can partner with space industry leaders to create future-proof environments supporting rapid growth.

"As home to the UK's largest port, the south coast plays a vital role in global shipping.

"Discussions will focus on enhancing marina facilities, logistics networks, and infrastructure to meet the needs of the expanding marine sector.

"The event will also explore how real estate can support the growth of critical defence activities."
