Taylor Wimpey Southern Counties has completed the sale of the last home at its Broadleaf Park development.
Since opening in 2020, Broadleaf Park in Rownhams has added 300 homes to the area.
Taylor Wimpey has also supported local causes, including donations to charities such as The Baby Necessities baby bank, Leukaemia Busters, and the Beggars Fair in Romsey.
The company has also contributed more than £3.5 million to the local community through S106 contributions.
