Two women are being sought by police after an attempt was made to steal meat worth hundreds of pounds.
Officers were called after the meat and other chilled items were nearly shoplifted at Asda in Bournemouth Road, Eastleigh.
Following an investigation into the incident on July 25 at 8.30pm, officers would now like to speak with two women in connection with the incident.
The first woman is described as her late 30s with black hair, wearing a black cardigan, black leggings, sandals and red dress, carrying a black bag, and speaking with an Eastern European accent.
The second woman is described as in her late 30s with dark hair in a ponytail, wearing a black bomber jacket, white T-shirt, blue jeans and white trainers.
She was carrying a brown bag and speaking with an Eastern European accent.

A spokesperson from Hampshire Constabulary said: “We believe the women in these images can help us with our investigation and would urge them, or anyone who knows their identity, to get in touch with us.
“Also, if you witnessed the incident, saw anything suspicious in the area at the time, or have any CCTV, mobile phone, dash cam or doorbell camera footage which could aid our investigation, please contact us.
